A 90minutes session that helps develop healthier relationships, enhance communication skills, & working together to navigate challenges or crises within a family unit. 
It also involves identifying & addressing patterns of behavior and improving emotions. 

Family Therapy

Requires an initial consultation,
An hour session with a licensed clinical psychologist assessing with a series of formal or structured psychological or neuropsychological tests as well as clinical interviews designed to identify and describe cognitive, emotional, behavioral, or learning problems.

Psychological Evaluation

Requires a psychological evaluation,
A 60minutes session with a licensed clinical psychologist that focuses on helping individuals overcome their addictions by exploring the underlying causes of the addictive behaviours & developing adaptive coping mechanisms & preventing relapses.


Addictive Behaviour Therapy

Requires a psychological evaluation,
An hour session with a licensed clinical psychologist who will offers
a variety of treatment services that aim to help an individual identify and change distressing thought, emotional, and behavioral patterns.

Individual Psychotherapy

A thirty minute session with a licensed clinical psychologist/psychotherapist to determine patient′s level of psychological distress.

Initial Consultation

Requires a psychological evaluation,
A 90 minutes session addressing emotional, psychological, interpersonal, &/or sexual issues that may impact couples adversely. We adopt a non-judgemental & compassionate approach.
